CHRISTMAS PRIZE DRAW

  • All orders placed via our website between Wednesday 27th November 2024 and Saturday 20th December 2024 will automatically be added into our free prize draw.

  • The email address given by the customer at our online checkout will be used as the entry details.

  • The prize includes 1x Signature New Bud Candle, 1x hand tied posy of fresh seasonal flowers gift wrapped and 1x £25 New Bud Floristry voucher, redeemable within 2 years against any of our online products and workshops only.

  • Voucher cannot be redeemed against any Wedding or Events flowers.

  • ‘Posy’ contents will be chosen by the florists at New Bud Floristry. We cannot take any special requests for flower content.

  • The winner will be contacted via email by 12pm on Sunday 21st December.

  • All items will be delivered to a chosen address of the winner free of charge. Delivery address must be within the Greater Glasgow area only. Collection unavailable.

  • Customers can purchase multiple times and with each purchase will be entered into the prize draw.

FLOWER DELIVERIES

  • Please note that the flowers received may appear different from the images displayed online.

  • In the event that certain flowers are unavailable or unsuitable, substitutions may occur.

  • Flowers are delivered in water and packaging. Customers are kindly requested to follow the care instructions provided on accompanying care cards to ensure the longevity of the flowers.

  • We do not offer specific delivery time slots. Deliveries commence at 9 am from Monday to Friday and at 9:30 am on Saturdays and Sundays.

  • With the exception of peak periods such as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, and Christmas, deliveries are typically completed by 1 pm.

  • For inquiries regarding preferred delivery times, please contact us via email, subject to availability.

  • In the event of no one being available to receive the delivery, we will leave it in a secure location or with a neighbor if appropriate.

  • Any issues encountered will prompt us to return the flowers to our workshop, contact the customer, and arrange for a suitable redelivery time.

RETURNS

  • If the flowers arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, we kindly request a photo, following which we will either dispatch a replacement bouquet or issue a full refund.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 10 am. Orders received after this time will be delivered the following day.

EVENTS

  • The full balance for events must be settled up to 30 days prior to the event date.

  • In the event of cancellation, the following refund policy applies:

    • 10 days' notice: Full refund

    • 7 days' notice: 70% refund

    • 3 days' notice: 50% refund

    • Unless the booking was made through a ticket website, in which case the seller’s refund policy applies instead.

  • All necessary flowers and tools will be provided, along with full public liability insurance coverage.

  • We are not liable for any personal injuries sustained during the workshop or event.

  • Participants must be at least 14 years old unless the event is hosted at a different venue.

  • A 10-minute grace period will be allowed for late arrivals to workshops.

  • In the event of COVID-related cancellations by us, participants will be promptly notified, and alternative dates will be offered or a full refund provided.

WEDDINGS

  • Quoted prices are final.

  • Please be aware that flowers may vary in appearance.

  • Should certain flowers be unavailable, suitable replacements will be arranged at our discretion.

  • The provided quote serves as a mood board and may not precisely reflect the final result, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Changes to flower varieties, colors, and themes can be made up to 30 days before the wedding date.

  • To officially secure a booking, a deposit must be paid within 30 days of receiving the quote.

  • The deposit will be deducted from the final balance and is non-refundable.

  • The full balance must be paid up to 30 days prior to the wedding date.

  • Additional items can be added up to 7 days before the wedding.

  • Photos will be taken for continuity prior to delivery, and flowers will be delivered in water and packaging to maintain freshness. However, once delivered, we cannot be held responsible for the condition of the flowers.

  • Please provide suitable addresses and contact numbers for recipients of the items.

  • We are not responsible for the flowers once they leave the venue. Flowers will be professionally installed by us before the event. Any subsequent movement of flowers by venue staff should be coordinated with the venue directly.

  • A collection service is available the day after the event, subject to a fee. Any flowers left at the venue upon collection will be disposed of, unless otherwise requested.

  • All hardware remains the property of New Bud Floristry and will be collected after the event. Any lost or damaged items will incur charges based on their sale value
